RETURN FOR REPENTANCE OR WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product at the time of delivery and notify us, therefore we will arrange the cancellation within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.

If you receive the product and want to give up the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the value of your order. The deadline for cancellation of the purchase is 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The order will only be canceled if the product has no indications of use, manual and all its accessories.

Cancellation of the order will be made after we have analyzed the product. The analysis will be performed in up to 07 (seven) business days, counting from the receipt of the product in our store again.

If the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to payment options below:

Credit Card: You will be asked to cancel the debit to the administrator of your card. If debit has already occurred, the reversal of the installment (s) paid may occur in up to two (2) subsequent invoices. We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.
Bank slip: the refund will be made through deposit in the checking account of the holder of the purchase, even CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.

The refund will be made on the total value of the returned / canceled product, reducing the value of the shipment.
We are exempt from the responsibility of canceling or repairing any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE - MODEL DIVERGENCE AND OR IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY

Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any disagreement with the product or the quality of delivery, refuse and record the reason for the return.

Once communicated by the carrier about the return, our team will arrange a new order with the shipment of the product.

If you receive the merchandise and it shows some divergence, it must be without any indication of use for the replacement of another product of the same species (model and brand). The deadline to contact our Customer Service Center is 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be made after we have analyzed the product. The deadline for product collection. The deadline for the exchange will depend on the availability of the same model of the product in our inventory and will be informed via email or telephone. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced by another similar product in the same value. However, in case you do not want the similar product, you will have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase.

VERY IMPORTANT: PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE CHANGED WITH THE WRONG SIZE. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CHOICE OF THE PRODUCT SIZE IS EXCLUSIVE OF THE CUSTOMER, SINCE IN OUR WEBSITE ALL INFORMATION REGARDING EACH PRODUCT IS INFORMED, WHICH THE BUYER SHOULD COMPARE WITH ITS OWN MEASURES.

The maximum period for the exchange is TWO days after receipt of the product in your residence. WE WILL NOT MAKE CHANGES AFTER THIS PERIOD.

In the returns for Dissatisfaction or Withdrawal, in the case of dissatisfaction will be charged the value of resubmission. And Withdrawal, will be deducted from the value to be credited the amount spent with the sending of the product.
